Buddy Update & St. Augustine

I took this video a few days before Buddy's surgery.
When I come home from running errands, well Buddy
wants out, from the hallway.

This is Buddy after his surgery. He never sits this still!

Buddy is acting more like himself now.
Buddy also got revenge with the cone of shame.
Last night he came into our bedroom, climbed on
our bed, near our pillows, and head-butted me right
in the nose with the cone.

Saturday Kevin & I spent the afternoon in St. Augustine.

We went to the original Ripley's Believe It
Or Not Museum

Who wouldn't want a trophy head like this?

World's largest moving erector model

He made me feel really short.
A wreath made of human hair.

 Sculpture carved from camel bone

A jewel dream house

We got to freeze our shadows.
Kevin's shadow

My shadow

It's not everyday you see a chicken cross the road.

They think they're just looking at a mirror. On the other side
it tells them to try to make a certain face......

World's smallest car. Kevin was happy to see that it's an
electric car.

"The Old Senator" - 600 year old tree

This street is the most photographed street.
Magnolia Avenue

We saw a real pirate!!

The wax museum. The original movie "House of Wax"
was filmed in St. Augustine.

Kevin's tough look....

Part of the next Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed
in St. Augustine

After the wax museum, we went to
Harry's Seafood for dinner and sat on the balcony.

A view from the balcony.

This picture is for Mom - they still have the lights
up from the Holly Jolly Trolley Tour. Now it's called
Nights of Lights.

We were surprised to see where this boat was from!!
